Contra Costa Farms LLC & Rio Vista Farms LLC (The Farms) offers this program to reward frequent customers of our retail operations which can be found at enjoythefarm.com. The Farms retains the exclusive right to modify, change or terminate any and all aspects of this program in part or its entirety at its sole discretion.

To become enrolled in the program you will need to provide your ID and a valid mobile number which you own to our staff upon visiting when they register your ID and verify your age and identity for entry into any of our retail stores, as well as provide consent to receive text, phone and email communications from The Farms and/or its partners on a periodic basis.

How Points Are Earned & Redeemed

Once enrolled in our loyalty program, each time you transact at any of our retail shops your transaction total is converted to points. Each $1 is converted into 1 loyalty point. There is no monetary value to these points, but they can be used for discount(s) on future purchases once you achieve a qualifying level of points.

Once your account has accumulated 300 points or more, you can use these points as a discount to any future transaction, and once applied to a transaction, these points are expired from your account. Every 300 points can be applied as a $12.00 discount to a transaction. As an example, if you have 600 points that would equate to an amount up to a $24.00 discount.

Points Accrual Cap

Effective May 1, 2026, loyalty accounts have a maximum balance of 5,400 points. Once your account reaches 5,400 points, no additional points will be earned until existing points are redeemed. We encourage members to redeem points regularly.

Points Expiration

KVC retains the right to expire customer accounts and points held within for those accounts whereby customer was banned from our properties for behavior issues (fraud, theft, or behaving in disruptive manners which we deem inappropriate), or for accounts that are unused for a period of time determined at KVC's sole discretion. If an account has no transactions or purchase history for a period of six months, then the account will be removed from the program.

Consent

By signing up for the Enjoy The Farm member list you will receive marketing communication via text message, calls, email, or other outreach channels. By doing so, you understand that you are allowing The Farms and its technology provider(s) to retain your personal contact details and engagement history for use in personalized marketing. Opt-out at any time by replying STOP to messages. Standard message and calling rates may apply. You also consent that you are of legal age to receive communications related to The Farms services and products.

No Warranties

This Loyalty Program is provided "as is," with all faults, and The Farms expresses no representations or warranties of any kind related to this Program or the materials contained on our Website(s). Nothing contained on our Website or communications to you shall be interpreted as advising you.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Farms, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this loyalty program or our Website(s), whether such liability is under contract. The Farms, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this loyalty program or our Website(s).

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent The Farms from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.

The Farms reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without notice. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between The Farms and you in relation to your use of this loyalty program or our Website(s) and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
