Kolaboration Ventures Corporation’s offers The Farms Loyalty Program program to reward frequent customers of our retail operations which can be found at http://www.enjoythefarm.com. The Farms retains the exclusive right to modify, change or terminate any and all aspects of this program in part or its entirety at its sole discretion.

To become enrolled in the program you need to have our Enjoy The Farm Android or Apple device and have your Account Registered which entails providing a valid mobile number which you own or your Enjoy The Farm application installed and registered to our staff upon visiting when they register your ID and verify your age and identity for entry into any of our retail stores, as well as provide consent to receive text, phone and email communications from The Farms and/or it partners on a periodic basis.

Should you “unsubscribe” your mobile number from our communication platform(s) at any point, you will forfeit any and all points you have accrued in the program.

• When you join you can take advantage of our 5 for 4 promo on every visit. Whereby you can purchase any five (5) items in the store and the least expensive item in your basket will be discounted to $0.01.
• When you join you can take advantage of our 8 for 8 promo on every visit. Whereby you can purchase any eight (8) house items in the store and the two least expensive items in your basket will be discounted to $0.01. each.

KVC retains the right to expire customer accounts and points held within for those accounts whereby the customer was banned from our properties for behavior issues (fraud, theft, yelling, screaming, assault, behaving in disruptive manners) that we deem inappropriate, or for accounts that are unused for a period of time determined at KVC’s sole discretion. If an account has no transactions or purchase history for a period of six months, then the account will be removed from the program.

HOW POINTS ARE ACCRUED AND CAN BE USED
Once enrolled in our loyalty program, each time you transact at any of our retail shops, your transaction total is converted to points. Each $1 is converted into 1 loyalty point. There is no monetary value to these points, but they can be used for discount(s) on future purchases once you achieve a qualifying level of points whereby you can redeem them for discounts.

Once your account has accumulated 300 points or more, you can use these points as a discount to any future transaction, and once applied to a transaction, these points expire from your account.

Every 300 points can be applied as a $12.00 discount to a transaction. As an example, if you have 600 points that would equate to an amount up to a $24 discount.

CONSENT
I consent to sign up for the Enjoy The Farm member list where I will receive marketing communication via text message, calls, email, or other outreach channels. By doing so, I understand that I am allowing The Farms and its technology provider(s) to retain my personal contact details/engagement history for use in personalized marketing. Opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to messages. Standard message and calling rates may apply. I also consent that I am of legal age to receive communications related to The Farms services and products.

NO WARRANTIES
This Loyalty Program is provided “as is,” with all faults, and The Farms. express’ no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Program or the materials contained on our Website(s). Also, nothing contained on our Website or communications to you shall be interpreted as advising you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall The Farms, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this loyalty program, our Website(s) whether such liability is under contract. The Farms, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this loyalty program or our Website(s).

INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent The Farms from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

VARIATION OF TERMS
The Farms is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this loyalty program or our Website(s) and Applications you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

ASSIGNMENT
The Farms. is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between The Farms and you in relation to your use of this loyalty program or our Website(s) and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes
