  • What is the minimum order for delivery?

    The minimum order is $75 before discounts and promotions are applied. 

  • Can I get the 6 for 4 Deal through delivery? What about the No Rollin' and Roll and Smoke Bundles?

    You can absolutely order our 6 for 4 bundle, and you can stack the 6 for 4 deal. Just remember, delivery requires a minimum order of $75 before the 6 for 4 discount is applied. That means your 6 for 4 purchase may need a few extra items added to your cart to reach the minimum.


    All promotions and discounts will be applied once your order is accepted and fulfilled.

  • What are your delivery hours of operation?

    Delivery is available daily from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Delivery closes 8:00 PM).


    For Antioch (94531), Oakley (94561), and Bethel Island (94511), deliveries are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • I am visiting from out of state. Can I get a delivery?

    Yes, as long as you are residing within the current delivery region and are 21+.  Any orders to a hotel or apartment complex will require meeting the delivery driver at their vehicle, in the visitor parking area.

  • How do I place an order for delivery?

    Step 1: Visit this shop page

    Go to this link and check if Delivery is an option for your area. After your address is approved you may begin shopping for delivery. 


    Step 2: Shop Your Favorites

    Browse our menu, choose your products, and add them to your cart.


    Step 3: Checkout

    When you’re ready, head to checkout. Enter your delivery address and any required details so we know where to bring your order.


    Step 4: Place Your Order

    Submit your order and relax—we’ll take it from here.


    Step 5: Track Your Order

    Your order will be processed right away. You’ll receive updates on your order status, from confirmation to delivery, so you always know what’s happening.

  • Where should I meet my driver?

    Our drivers always stay within visual sight of the delivery vehicle. At residential homes, we'll meet you at your door or the end ot the driveway, your choice. Live in an apartment or condo complex? Your driver will meet you at their car in the nearest visitor parking area.

  • When will I be charged?

    Payments for card and ACH transactions are processed upon successful fulfillment of your order.

  • Can somebody else get my delivery for me?

    No. Due to California regulations, the person who placed the order must be the one to receive it. Please have your valid ID ready at delivery.

  • Will tax be added in the cart?

    Yes, all taxes and fees will be added upon check out.

  • Can I ask for discretion upon delivery?

    At your provided address, We can meet you outside at the end of your driveway, or at your door. Our cars are discreet and unmarked. Please add your delivery preferences to delivery notes.

  • I don't see the promo discount at checkout. What happened?

    All promotions and discounts will be applied once your order is accepted and fulfilled.

  • When will I get my delivery order?

    You’ll receive a text message with an estimated delivery time once your order is on the way.

  • Can I talk to a live person?

  • Can I pay by card?

    Yes you may pay be card. We do not accept cash for delivery. 

  • I am visiting from out of state. Can I get a delivery?

    Yes as long as you are residing within the current delivery region and are 21+ and/or a qualified medical patient.

  • Do you have contactless payment options?

    Yes, you can pay by card  when you submit your order online.

  • How can I place an order online?

    Placing an order online is simple. Just browse our product catalog, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a notification with pickup instructions.




  • Can I reserve products online and pick them up later?

    Absolutely! We offer convenient online reservations. Select the products you want, choose a pickup time that works for you, and complete your order. We'll have it ready when you arrive.


  • How do I know what's in stock?

    Our online menu is updated in real-time to reflect our current inventory. If a product is sold out, it will be clearly marked or removed from the selection.

  • What if I’m new to cannabis and unsure what to buy?

    No worries! Whether you shop online or in-store, our expert team is happy to assist you. You can check our product descriptions for detailed information or contact us for personalized recommendations.




  • Do you accept medical cards?

    Yes, you may enter your MMIC card  in your profile. Your cart will be automatically discounted. 3rd party medical cards are accepted but due to California regulations tax reductions are not applied for 3rd party medical cards. 

  • Do you have Rewards or a Loyalty Program?

    Yes, we regularly run special deals and offer discounts on selected products. Be sure to check the Specials section on our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.


    For loyalty points: Every $1 spent = 1 point. Every 300 points = $12 off
